Installation Instructions:
(These are all the standard procedures)
The scenery:
Unzip the downloaded zipfile with all its contents (Greenland Heliports and Docks) to the folder where you wish to keep your add-on scenery.
E.g.: C:\Program files\Microsoft Games\Addon\
Now start the simulator, go to settings, then go to library, then click add scenery, then browse for the Greenland Heliports and Docks folder, then click OK.
Go to the create flight screen and click go to airport and the scenery will now show as:
North America - Greenland - Narsaq Heliport
- Qaqortoq Heliport
To maintain realism, you wont find any of the small settlements listed in the airport directory. Use my saved flight (Greenland Heliports Floatplane Docks) to start out in Egaliko, then find the settlements lying inside the bays and natural harbours of the Egaliko Fjord.
The flights and flight plans:
Go to the Greenland Heliports and Docks folder and move the contents of the folder "Myflts" to the folder "myflts" in the FS 2002 folder. If you installed your flight simulator with the default settings your path will be:
The flights will now show up if you click "select flight", and the corresponding flight plans can be loaded from the flight planner. All flights and plans are named Greenland Heliports etc.
The FSNav flight plans:
You can only use the FSNav plans if you have downloaded the very useful program FSNavigator. These go in your FSNavigator folder:
